Rhonda Ralph

Rhonda Ralph, RN, BS – Founder/President, Independent Insurance Agent

After relocating from Newfoundland, Canada Rhonda made Bangor, Maine her home in 1993. A Registered Nurse with a BS in Healthcare Administration and nearly 30 years of industry experience, Rhonda is a consummate, kind, and driven professional. During her 13 years directing a home health and hospice agency, she acquired extensive knowledge about Medicare insurance benefits.

Rhonda also accumulated valuable insights working 13 years teaching and consulting Home Health agencies around the country regarding data analysis and reporting software for home health care. She is dedicated to serving her clients and helping maneuver the complexities of Medicare Insurance. Rhonda, a passionate patient advocate, realized the confusion with navigating today’s complex healthcare system. That’s one reason why she chose to become a Medicare Insurance Specialist. She is committed to helping guide her clients through their Medicare Insurance needs.

In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys painting with acrylics, cooking, gardening, golfing, and spending time by the ocean with Blu, her Soft-coated

Wheaten Terrier.

Darlene "Emy" Emerson

Darlene Emerson, MBA, RN – Independent Insurance Agent

A native to the State of Maine, Darlene comes with over three decades of experience in public service. She has held careers as a Social Worker, a Probation Officer and for the last 8 years, a Registered Nurse. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration. These years of varied experience provide an exceptional base of knowledge to better understand
and meet the needs of clients.

Darlene is hardworking, compassionate, and kind. She works relentlessly to find the most appropriate plan for her clients and provides continued support and advocates through the often confusing and complex Medicare insurance process, beyond the initial enrollment period.

While not working Darlene enjoys painting, golf, gardening and spending times with friends and family, especially her grandchildren, Carter, Olivia, and Miles.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Conley

Independent Insurance Agent

Lizzy was born and raised in the state of Maine completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science at the University of Southern Maine. After a few years in social work, Lizzy realized she could help individuals in the Medicare world starting a career on the carrier side of Medicare.

She spent 7 years improving customer service, growing membership and contributing to plan design at a major carrier in the state of Maine. She then moved to the broker side of the business managing individual and small group sales departments successfully improving retention and growth. Lizzy has been on all sides of the insurance business never straying from Medicare. She brings a unique and necessary knowledge to navigate the Medicare journey with our clients.

Customer service is Lizzy’s priority, always providing timely follow up with clients. She is determined in her advocacy for Medicare beneficiaries when it comes to any service issues. Diligent in maintaining her knowledge of the Medicare industry, she excels in her expertise through continual educational opportunities. Her patience, work ethic and deep understanding of the business result in quality services to all she serves. In her free time, Lizzy enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her friends and Yorkies Rudy and Dexter.
